Pages describe financial auditing engagements focused on tax document audit trails. Website content is informational and does not itself create an engagement. A scoped confirmation is required before paid work begins.

Intellectual property

Trail summaries delivered under an engagement are licensed to you for your internal use related to the reviewed period.

Client responsibilities

Liability

To the extent permitted by law in Taiwan, DataDriven AppsCom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from engagements, except where liability cannot be limited. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taipei shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
