Process

How an engagement moves from intake to trail summary

A clear sequence so you know what happens to your filing pack while it is with us.

01

Scoping call

We confirm entity type, period, material schedules, and whether binders will arrive digitally or at Cheng Te Road. You receive a short scope note and fee range before work starts.

02

Document intake

You send or bring the filing pack, prior returns, bank exports, and related notices. We acknowledge what arrived and flag obvious gaps before deep mapping begins.

03

Line-to-source mapping

Agreed material lines are traced to invoices, statements, slips, and contracts. Inconsistencies and missing items are logged as we go — not saved for a surprise at the end.

04

Trail summary & walkthrough

You receive a written trail map and gap list, then a closing conversation to explain findings and practical next steps with your bookkeeper or advisor.

What to prepare before step two

Period-matched bank exports, sales and expense support, payroll withholding slips, contracts for material items, prior-year returns, and any amendment notices. Incomplete packs are workable; silent omissions are not.
